Four Day Weight Lifting Workout
Though the three day workout is the one that most people choose to do when they are looking to start bodybuilding, there are those that would rather have a four day workout. However, the key to maintain a four day workout is knowing whether the body can handle this because it is much more rigorous than the simple three day workout. For those that are wanting a four day workout, they are going to need to divide each day to work a set of muscles. On day one, they will want to focus on the chest, back and shoulders. On day two, they will want to focus on the arm and leg muscles. Now, day three will be a rest day in which the muscles will need in order to regroup.
On day four, the person should do the chest, back and shoulder muscles. While working on the arms and legs on day five. The person then takes the following two days off. Every day that the person works out they will want to work on the abs. The person that utilizes this workout can always try it out, then they can decide if they would rather workout with the three day schedule or not. This workout is a bit more strenuous and people are going to see more results with this workout than they will with the three day workout since it will be working the muscles more often.
